Returns Policy

RETURNING NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

 To obtain the full refund of the amount spent on the returned product(s), the product(s) being returned must be returned according to NCD Exquisite Clothing returns process and procedures.

RETURNING A NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

You can return a product if you are not satisfied with the purchase, PROVIDED THE PRODUCT MEETS THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
  • Please contact us within 10 days of item being delivered, to make a return
  • The item must be in a re-sellable condition
  • The item to be returned must be in its original NCD packaging, with all labels attached
  • The product must not be altered or repaired in any way whatsoever
All Returns are via Courier
  • Once you have notified us of your intention to  return goods, we will log in the return.
  • Please ensure that the item(s) are packed in the packaging they were received in, or that they are easily identifiable 
  • Return to our shop can take up to 4 working days for Main centers and 8 working days for Outlying / Regional areas from date of logging return.
  • Once the returns have reached our warehouse, each of the items in your return will be inspected before the return is processed and the refund or store credit initiated.
  • Store credits will be sent immediately via email .
  • You will receive store credit for the rand value of the Product you paid.

Returning A Defective Product
NCD Exquisite Clothing Warranty:

If product is found to be faulty within 6 months of purchase, is not commercially acceptable, and is ultimately unsuitable for the purpose it is intended for or indicated by NCD Exquisite clothing at time of purchase, or not reasonably durable, NCD Exquisite Clothing, will request pictures of the defective product and ultimately arrange collection of such a product. The product will then be inspected by our Quality assurance personnel.

If the returned product is found to BE defective, the customer is entitled to either be fully refunded or NCD Exquisite Clothing will replace the product with the same product or similar items of similar value.

If the returned product is found NOT defective, is commercially acceptable and is suitable for the purpose intended, customer will NOT be entitled to any refund or replacement whatsoever but will be liable for all costs associated with having the item re-delivered to the customer.

Please note that the customer is not entitled to any refund or replacement under the NCD Exquisite Warranty if: 
  • Damage of product was due to incorrect usage
  • Damage or faults are due to normal wear and tear

Returning Wrong/ Incorrect Product(s)

NCD Exquisite Clothing endeavors, to take all reasonable steps to ensure that the product ordered, will be the same product delivered, ensure product availability, the purchase price reflected on our site are accurate.

However, in the rare event that NCD Exquisite Clothing delivers the incorrect product due to human error, kindly please return the product to us, in its original packaging, with labels intact. We will arrange collection and delivery of the correct item to the customer as soon as possible.

Processing of Refunds and Store Credit 

Should a customer be entitled to a refund for any reason, the customer will be refunded back using the form of payment used to fulfill the order, unless otherwise, customer opts for a replacement of the product with another or a store credit. 

If the customer requests a refund, it will be deposited back in the account it came from via EFT, or refunded as a store credit within 10 business days of the product being cleared by our Quality inspectors.
