Delivery Policy


We use reputable Courier service companies in South Africa to deliver your products on your doorstep!

All products will be delivered to delivery address that the customer provides be it a home or office address. 

An SMS will be sent by our couriers to notify you of when your delivery will be made and all details of your scheduled delivery.

Orders made over weekends will be shipped first thing Monday morning.
No deliveries are made during weekends and public holidays
For Johannesburg and Pretoria if you order and pay before 4pm, you will receive your order the following day by 1pm!

Buyers must indicate the address where they need their items to be delivered, including contact numbers that should be used to communicate with you with regards to the delivery.

Delivery Times

Our delivery times are as follows:
Please note that all our orders are shipped from Centurion Tshwane
  1. Within Gauteng (Johannesburg and Pretoria) delivery is next day by 5pm
  2. For main city centres e.g. Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Port Elizabeth, East London, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane and Kimberley, customer can expect delivery within 2 working days.
  3. For all outlying areas – delivery within 3 to 5 working days
NCD Exquisite Clothing endeavours to deliver within the stated times above,  however we might be unable to deliver within the stipulated times due to other circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, labour actions, strikes, lockouts, Acts of God (floods, drought, earth tremors etc), fire, legislation, civil war, war

PLEASE NOTE that working days exclude a Saturday, Sunday and/ public holidays. As outlined above, all our deliveries take place during business hours. There are no deliveries over Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays

Delivery for Pre-orders

These are special orders which are placed by customers, that need to be sourced from suppliers and can take up to 10 -15 working days to deliver. Please note that all Items that are pre-orders, will be displayed as per-orders on our site.

Order Dispatch confirmation

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we will send an email to you to confirm that your purchase is on its way. However, if we are unable to deliver on the estimated date we will not be held liable for any costs, damages, and /or losses incurred due to the late delivery.

If you are unable to receive your parcel when our couriers arrive at your address, we may leave a note that either communicates that we will re-deliver or you might have to collect from the courier.

Parcel Tracking and Delivery

To track your parcel online, please use the Waybill number provided to you in the confirmation email, that you received, when you placed an order with us.
